    Our hotel is committed to providing high-quality services in accordance with our category and standard. If you have any complaints regarding the quality of our services, please inform the front desk as soon as possible so that we can take immediate action to resolve the issue. We are obliged to ensure a restful, undisturbed, and peaceful stay for our guests. Your safety and the protection of your belongings are our utmost priority. However, please note that our liability for any loss or damage of items brought into the hotel by guests may be limited if such items are not deposited at the reception. In case of any defects that cannot be repaired, we will make every effort to change your room or otherwise redress the inconvenience. Our hotel offers a wide range of services, including airport shuttle (chargeable), currency exchange, laundry service, room cleaning (on guest request), travel desk, packed food for groups, taxi hire for long-distance journeys, information concerning your stay and travel, wake-up call (on specified time), luggage storage (subject to certain conditions), and rooftop access for leisure time (currently under maintenance but accessible for yoga). We also offer free WiFi in all areas and high-speed pocket routers are available for an additional fee. Free private parking is possible on site (prior reservation is needed) and street parking is also available. Our building is fully accessible by wheelchair (prior reservation needed) and all floors are accessible by elevator. For your safety and security, we have installed 55 security cameras in common and outside areas of the property and provide 24-hour security. Fire extinguishers are also installed throughout the building. Photocopying services are available, with a few pages copied free of cost.     At Niranjana Hotel, we strive to provide a peaceful, comfortable, and safe stay for our guests. We highly appreciate your cooperation and collaboration in abiding by our rules and regulations. Our hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 a.m. On the following day. Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in is available for an additional fee of 2000 INR (subject to availability), while late checkout is available for an additional fee of 2500 INR until 2 p.m. After 2 p.m., guests will be charged for the whole day at the rack rate. Check-In Procedure: Verification of Identity: To check-in, all guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card for incidental charges. Prepayment: We reserve the right to collect prepayment at the time of making reservation. If a guest requests to pay at the hotel, we will be happy to accept this request at our discretion. Agreement to Policies: Guests must acknowledge and agree to abide by the General Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions of Niranjana Hotel at the time of check-in. Check-In Policy: Policy Statement: To maintain a safe and pleasant environment, we have established this policy regarding check-in procedures & Guest Behavior. We reserve the right to refuse check-in or evict any guest who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful conduct that violates our General Rules & Regulations and Hotel General Terms & Conditions. General Rules & Regulations: Respectful Conduct: Guests are expected to treat our staff, fellow guests, and hotel property with respect and courtesy at all times. Noise and Disturbance: Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any actions that disturb the peace and comfort of other guests will not be tolerated. Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, will result in immediate eviction and reporting to the authorities. Non-Smoking Policy: Niranjana Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all the areas of the property, including lobby areas, hotel rooms, corridors, staircases, and other parts of the property. Violation of this policy is result in a fine of 5000 INR or in Consecutive Violation may be evicted from the property. Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, and charges for repairs or replacements will be applied to the guest's account. Compliance with Hotel Policies: Guests are expected to adhere to all hotel policies, including those related to check-out times, payment, and the use of amenities. Consequences of Misbehavior: In the event that a guest is found to be violating the General Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions of Niranjana Hotel through disruptive behavior, harassment of staff or other guests, or any other misconduct, the following actions may be taken: Warning: The guest may receive a verbal or written warning, depending on the severity of the behavior. Eviction: In cases of serious misconduct, the guest may be evicted from the premises without a refund for any unused nights. Charges: The guest may be charged for any damages or losses incurred to the hotel due to their actions. Notification: In cases involving illegal activities, the appropriate authorities will be notified. Appeals: Guests who believe they have been unfairly treated or wrongly accused may submit a written appeal to the hotel management. The management will review the appeal and respond in a timely manner. Conclusion: Niranjana Hotel is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. We expect all guests to comply with our General Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions. By checking in, guests acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to these policies. We reserve the right to refuse check-in or evict any guest who violates these policies, ensuring a comfortable environment for all our valued guests. In case of late check-in, if a guest fails to appear at the hotel by 10:00 p.m. on the accommodation day despite making a reservation, the room will be released if no information is conveyed on the day of check-in. To avoid late check-in fees, we request that guests arrive at the hotel before 11:30 p.m. However, we will not charge any late fees if guests arrive before 12:00 a.m. Children older than 3 years are welcome at our property, and children aged 12 years and above are considered adults. Personal belongings left by guests in their hotel room upon leaving will be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 4 months. Guests are not allowed to hand over their room to third persons, even if the period for which they have paid has not yet expired. Pets are not allowed in order to maintain the hygiene of the hotel. Loss of a room card or key is subject to an extra charge of 3500 INR. Guests are financially liable for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment or technical devices due to their own fault or that of their visitors. The use of electric equipment or other similar devices that are not part of the hotel room equipment is not allowed due to fire safety. Consumption of foodstuffs bought outside the hotel is prohibited in common areas but allowed in private rooms. Alcohol is banned in the state of Bihar, and anyone found violating this rule will be liable under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The hotel may refuse to accept guests who have grossly violated our rules and regulations during their last stay by damaging hotel or guest property, inflicting damage on other guests or hotel employees, or otherwise violating the stay of other guests or disturbing the management and functioning of the hotel.     Our hotel offers a wide variety of delicious food options, with more than 500 dishes to choose from. Please note that we do not offer delivery services in Bodhgaya, and guests must collect their food items themselves by approaching the hotel reception.     In General, Guests have the option of free cancellation if they cancel their reservation at least 21 days before the scheduled arrival date. However, cancellations within 21 days of arrival will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount. Please note that separate policies are in effect for last-minute bookings or reservations made directly through email communication with the hotel.
